Company in 1995 through a mutual to stock conversion. The Company successfully completed a charter conversion from a
Savings & Loan Holding Company to a Bank Holding Company in 2012. Through its sole subsidiary, First Federal
Savings Bank, the Company offers a full array of banking and financial advisory services to its customers through
three full service locations in Huntington, Indiana, one full service location in Warsaw, Indiana and two full
service locations in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Company is traded on the OTC Markets Group, Inc. "OTCQB" exchange
under the ticker symbol "NIDB".
